Summary Responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Oversee user education on specific hardware and software needs.
- Installs and configures new PC’s according to documented standards
- Provide hardware and software support for all PC’s
- Provide hardware and software support for all network and systems issues
- Provide routine cleaning and maintenance items for all PC’s and printers.
- Maintain, troubleshoot and order all employee office equipment and supplies across companies.
- Support and enforce information technology (IT) policies
- Assist in the implementation of new company systems and products across several companies.
- Other duties as assigned. Eg. help maintain hardware inventory of all IT equipment, assist with onsite projects.

Education and/or Experience
Degree in related field and or certificates from an accredited organization; three years of related experience and/or training required; or equivalent combination of education and experience will suffice.
