||Technical Support Representatives do primarily phone support for internet and other communication services.
- Offer customers personalized service and identify their needs
- Perform basic data entry activities
- Complete planned training activities in order to obtain the desired level of knowledge for this function
- Learn and respect established policies, standards and procedures
- Inform customers on a specific range of communications products and services related to your function, and make suggestions
- Answer telephone calls and respond to customers’ requests based on your knowledge
||Computer or technology certifications are desired but not required.
- Completed High school diploma.
- Customer service or computer related experience an asset.
- Knowledge of internet, phone or television products and services, an asset
||24 – 28 (Part-Time) with opportunity to go full-time within 6-8 weeks after completion of training
||50% Discounted services after 90 days of employment
